It’s a beautiful hotel and totally worth its price, the breakfast is delicious, and Yusuf is incredibly nice and attentive with the guests! The place is super clean and greatly located!
Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and we could enjoy it from the terrace. Although we stayed in a cave room without the window, there was not much moisture because they have the dehumidifier. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Yusuf (I hope I remebered the name correctly) from recepetion who was very helpful in informing us and booking all our activities (hot air baloon, ATV ride, Red tour).
This is a good value for money hotel. It is centrally located, a great location for observing the hot air balloons, very near to the main market, shops and restaurants. The hotel provides a very decent breakfast (not a huge spread but good options that cover all breakfast needs). The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They gave us a late check out (1 additional hour) and arranged the airport transfer.
Beautiful cave hotel in the heart of the city. The rooftops are amazing and you can see the balloons take off right from the room windows or terraces. Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly, we were able to book a shuttle to and from the airport, our balloon ride and tours with them and everything went seamlessly. Definitely recommend staying at Apex, great value for money.
Of course I'll start with the balloons - yes if you don't want to leave the town this is a lovely place to view the balloons. It is also near the very popular sunset/sunrise viewpoint in Goreme. Aside from the balloons- which should not be the highlight of your trip because the area of Cappadocia is truly amazing! This hotel was very good and affordable compared to other options. We stayed in a cave room which was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and fitted with hot tub. The breakfast was great (particularly the aubergine local dish, Saksuka I think!). The location is perfect a few minutes to the main town so for first timers or people short on time it's very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Property has spacious room, with electric heater. I was able to control how warm the room was. Hotel is in a great location with many dining options a short walk away. Terrace was great for watching hot air balloons in the morning and the food was good at breakfast.
The location is perfect to go to the main places to visit in Goreme. The size of the room was good. The breakfast was great. The staff was really helpful for booking tours for us.
